Schedule: 4x10s, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Day Shift); Overtime as needed
Pay Range: $24.00 – $30.00 / hour (based on experience and skill level)
Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level

Job SummaryQuality Machining is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our small, hands-on production team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating Haas CNC milling machines to produce precision parts to print, while maintaining consistent quality through hands-on inspection. This position is well suited for someone early in their machining career who is eager to build skills, as well as experienced machinists looking for a collaborative shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines
- Produce precision-machined parts to print and specification
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Adjust offsets and machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances
- Monitor production runs and maintain part-to-part consistency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
- Support daily shop operations as part of a small, collaborative team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Machines: Haas CNC mills
- Controls: Haas controls
- Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, and standard precision measuring equipment
- Aluminum
- Steel
- Stainless steel
- Other general production materials depending on customer requirements
- Experience setting up or operating CNC mills and/or lathes
- Familiarity with Haas controls
- Ability to read blueprints/prints and use inspection tools
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented shop environment
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs regularly
- Desire to produce quality work and continue learning
- Pay: $24–$28/hour (Junior Machinist) | $28–$30/hour (Experienced Machinist), based on experience and skill level
